  1. I voluntarily choose to attend or participate in the STEADFAST × We Clothe Kids event identified above, including its ride-related areas, parking and vehicle areas, family activities, demonstrations, games, vendors, food service, and other event activities.
  2. I understand that attendance and participation can involve known and unknown risks, including moving vehicles and motorcycles, collisions, falls, uneven surfaces, weather, noise, crowds, equipment, acts of other people, serious bodily injury, death, and property loss. I knowingly and voluntarily accept those risks.
  3. I am responsible for my own conduct, health, safety decisions, and belongings. I will follow posted rules and reasonable directions from event staff, volunteers, venue personnel, and emergency responders.
  4. To the fullest extent permitted by Maine law, I release and hold harmless STEADFAST Riding Club, We Clothe Kids, the event organizers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, venue and property owners, officers, members, employees, and agents from claims arising from my attendance or participation, including claims based on ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or any right that cannot legally be waived.
  5. I authorize reasonable emergency first aid and medical care if needed and understand that I am responsible for resulting costs. I accept responsibility for loss or damage caused by my own conduct.
  6. This agreement is governed by Maine law. If one part is unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. I have read this entire agreement, understand it, am at least 18 years old, and sign it freely.
